At stonehengecycles.com we understand that buying online can cause some problems when the items you choose arrive. They maybe not be the colour you thought they were, the wrong size for you or you have just changed your mind.
In these situations we are happy to offer an exchange or refund up until 14 days after the date of delivery.
For this we make no restocking charge.
If you choose to exchange the item you will be required to return the item to us in a resale able condition at your own cost. We will then resend the new item to you via our free delivery option (if the item on it own is less than £25.00 postage will be charge to your original card @ £3.99). If you require a priority delivery then we will debit your card the appropriate amount.
If you choose to have a refund, we will refund you via your original payment method. For this we will make know charge. If you paid for delivery on the original order we will refund you the amount of the transaction less the original postage charge. The item must be returned to us in a resale able condition and the costs of the return postage must be bore by you.
When your refund has been processed you will be sent a conformation email.
Faulty or Damaged Product
For faulty or damaged product we need to be informed immediately of a fault/damage. In these situations we will ask you to send the item back to us. We will refund postage at cost (up to a maximum of £25.00)
repair/replace/refund in that order. If a repair or exchange is possible this will be made at no extra cost to you the customer, this includes refunding of return postage and redelivery free of charge on our economy service. If a refund is the outcome we will refund you the full amount of your transaction including any original postage.
We believe this is the fairest way to operate a returns procedure. All returns are intended to be dealt with within 10 days. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to hit the customers account.
For international returns you have up to 31 days after delivery to return a product, the details are the same as above, except if duty has been paid on a delivery this is not refundable. You should however be able to claim the duty back from your local customs authority.
