Returns Policy

In the exceptional circumstances that the goods you receive are wrong, are broken or just not what you wanted then you can return them to us up to 14 days after the receipt of delivery.

Before return anything please call us on 01722 334915 or email us at sales@stonehengecycles.com to let us know of the issue. Then please send the item/s back to us with a cover note which includes your name, address, contact number and a brief description of any issue with the item. Also please include a copy of the original invoice. Then send the parcel back to us at:

We recommend you send all items back to us using a signature service either by a courier like interlink express or parcel force as we can not be held liable for any parcels that don’t arrive. We do not refund postage on items correctly sent and are now unwanted. Returning these items is at your own cost.

If the goods are not what you thought they were then all that we ask is that you return them to us with all the label still attached in an unused and mint condition. I am afraid this is hard and fast rule.

If the item is wrong or faulty then please return it to us where we will replace it if that is your wish or refund you the full amount. All refunds will be as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days for refund to be complete.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
