Delivery Information
All orders In the UK are sent out with Interlink Express using track and trace, Please allow 2-7 working days for delivery,
All orders will be despatched as quickly as possible and we will do our best to get most orders away same day, however we can not guarantee same day despatch and are unable to guarantee next day delivery, All orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday also all orders placed before 4pm we will try our up most to despatch that same day,
Because we despatch all orders using interlink track and trace all delivery’s will need to be signed for, if you are not available when they call, interlink will leave a card for you with contact details for your local depot. We can deliver goods to a work address if it is more convenient for you. We cannot be held responsible for interlink express, however we can offer to trace your parcel to find out where it is.

If you are buying a bike from us you can have it delivered as above or choose ready 2 ride, where the bike comes 99% built and includes all tools to complete the build.

Collect From Store
If you are in a rush and cant wait for delivery, or lucky enough to live close to us you can choose to collect from store. This is a FREE option and is ideal for anyone wanting to
reserve any fast selling or hard to get item so they dont lose out. If you wish to collect the item from our store you will need to follow the correct procedure.
1. Order the product you require online selecting collect from store from the delivery options.
2. Within 24 hours (usually much quicker) one of our customer care advisors will call you to let you know your package is ready for collection,
3. Print out the order conformation sheet that you will receive via email soon after you have placed your order.
4. Bring both the order conformation sheet and a valid form of photo ID (which should include your current home address, if it does not then we will accept a household utility bill in your name)
5. Once we have seen the relevent ID you can take your products.
